Show Your Windows 10 Version and Build Number on the Desktop contains four batch files to add or remove your Windows version and build on the Desktop.

Download the batch files from MajorGeeks and extract the four files:

Right-click on the batch file for the action you want and "Run as Administrator."

For example, right-click "Add Windows Version Watermark On Desktop Of All Users.bat" to show your version and build number for all users.

Click Yes when prompted. The batch file will modify the Value Data of one registry DWORD, then refresh your screen to see the change.

Click OK when prompted by the Registry Editor.



This tweak is included as part of MajorGeeks Registry Tweaks.
